About the Event
Understand the history of and the promising evidence of potential benefit of these drugs for some of the cruelest conditions that affect humanity. Clinical trials have found that psilocybin-assisted therapy was efficacious in producing sustained antidepressant effects in patients with major depressive disorder. Additionally, research has demonstrated psychological benefits in palliative care cancer patients and potential benefits for PTSD survivors.
